Questions teams ask before they start
Does Frankee change anything in Jira or Azure DevOps on its own?
No. Frankee reads your sprint and backlog data. Stories and action items are written to your tracker only when someone on your team chooses to push them.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. Under our AI providers' terms, customer data is not used for training by default, and Frankee has not opted into any data-sharing or model-improvement program. Details are in our AI use disclosure.
What happens when the free team period ends?
On January 1, 2027 you choose whether to continue on the Team plan, currently $49/month or $490/year. Nothing is charged automatically and there is nothing to cancel if you decide not to.
Does it work with Kanban or our own process?
Yes. Frankee understands Scrum, Kanban and custom processes, and reads the workflow your team already uses in Jira or Azure DevOps.
