AI Use Disclosure

Frankee uses artificial intelligence (AI) to power certain features. This disclosure explains how we use AI and what you should expect.

1. AI-Powered Features

Frankee uses AI to assist with generating user stories, retrospective analysis, and other agile artifacts. AI outputs are intended to support your work and should be reviewed and edited as needed.

2. AI Providers

We use two AI providers. Anthropic's Claude API powers generated content: user stories, standup briefings, retrospective analysis, sprint reviews, and assessment insights. OpenAI's API generates vector embeddings that power semantic search across your uploaded documents and prior stories, so relevant context can be retrieved during generation; it does not generate any content shown to you.

Both providers operate under commercial/API terms. Your inputs are processed in accordance with Anthropic's Privacy Policy and OpenAI's Privacy Policy. Under these terms, customer data is not used to train either provider's models by default, and Frankee has not opted into any data-sharing or model-improvement program with either provider.

3. Limitations

AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Always review and validate AI output before relying on it for decisions.
